What is Reincarnation?

Reincarnation is the belief that when the body dies, the soul or spirit (the eternal part of us) is reborn into another body, not always human. It is believed that we have lived many lives as both male and female, in different places and with different personalities, the only thing staying the same is our soul. We continue to re-incarnate into different bodies to gain spiritual growth and evolve into enlightened beings, ceasing the need to return to human form. It is very rare to be reborn immediately, it is thought that we usually have at least 100 human years in the spirit realm before returning to physical form in another human body and for another human lifetime. Reincarnation does not occur in a linear timeframe, in the Spirit Realm the past, present and future are all happening at once, therefore every decision we make today affects both our past and our future. Most of us have no memory of these past lives until undergoing Hypnosis or a Past Life Regression.

Via Hypnosis and Past Life Regressions, proof has been collected leaving little doubt that we have lived more than one lifetime. Memories of places, people’s names and circumstances of accidents and deaths have been traced back via newspaper articles etc and found to be extremely precise. Studies have also found that in areas of the body where a person received a wound at the time of their death, such as a stabbing or spearing etc, that soul in a later life has been marked in some way in that exact same area of the body, often with a birthmark of some form.

It is believed that we spend many lives with the same souls, known as our soul group. In each lifetime we choose the role we would like to incarnate into. In one life you may be the child and in another you may actually play the role of mother or father, allowing us to experience ourselves in as many ways as possible. Soul mates are human beings that have originated from this same spirit group.
