Hypnotherapy has been used for thousands of years it came from the ancient art of meditation, hypnotherapy is the self empowerment of the individual where, with permission, suggestions are used to change the mindset of the people to let them experience the change to manifest their own intent. This is to do with the lore "Ask as if you have already received it and it shall be given". The next step is to have the people accept the change as in many cases it happens immediately, and when one goes from total desperation to calmness and joy it is understandably not an easy change as it takes practice to live with this new way of being.
