Yoga Central is located in the Noosa Hinterland within 10 minutes to Hastings Street, Noosa.

The Yoga Studio is based on 13 acres surrounded by lush rainforest. Unique wildlife including deer and kangaroos roam the property amongst the peaceful setting. Classes cater for Beginners to experienced yoga practitioners.

All equipment is supplied. Please wear loose clothing preferably shorts and t-shirt and refrain from eating or drinking up to 1.5hrs before class.
