and the vast unconscious you, which includes the body.
Its all YOU, There is no-one there BUT YOU.
Everything in there IS YOU. Both the parts you recognise as YOU,
and the parts YOU do not. ALL YOU AND ONLY YOU.
THE GOOD NEWS ? If YOU are doing it all,
then YOU can stop doing it, and do something else instead.
Or, do nothing, and stay where YOU are.
It’s up to YOU.After all, its your life,
YOU get to do whatever YOU want with it.
But, if instead YOU are determined that THEY are doing it all,
or that everything, including mental and physical illness,
is happening to you, then, unless and until THEY change,
or until THEY find a cure, YOU are stuck. Live your bliss. Own your power.
